DSC SGT SYLLABUS IN TELUGU – Secondary Grade Teacher
What is DSC?
DSC stands for District Selection Committee which takes care of
recruiting teachers of various subjects in Government schools which comes under
the State Government. In Andhra Pradesh state also DSC will be assigned with
this responsibility of recruiting teachers by conducting Teacher Recruitment
Test.
What are the eligibility criteria for appearing DSC or TRT
for the post of SGT?
The one who intends to appear for APDSC (or) TRT must qualify in APTET and the eligibility criteria to appear for TET is given below.
AP TET Minimum qualification to appear AP TET PAPER-IA for regular schools:
Intermediate/ Senior Secondary or Equivalent/ Graduation/
Post graduation with at least 50% marks, in case of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled
persons at least 45% marks And pass in 2year Diploma in Elementary
Education (D.E.Ed) / 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/2-year
Diploma in education (Special Education)/ Bachelor of education(B.Ed).
(OR)
Intermediate/ Senior Secondary or Equivalent with at least
45% marks, in case of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled persons at least 40% marks And
pass in 2year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.E.Ed) / 4-year Bachelor of
Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)/2-year Diploma in education (Special Education)/
Bachelor of education(B.Ed) in case of candidates who passed or joined D.El.Ed
or D.Ed before NCTE Gazette Notification dated. 23.8.2010.
Weightage to TET score in recruitment
process?
20% weightage will be given to TET score and 80% weightage
will be given to TRT score.
The exam will be conducted across the state at the same
time. The Teacher Recruitment process will be done district-wise. A candidate
belonging to a particular district becomes a non-local candidate in other districts.
