Selection Procedure for Extension Officers (Grade-1) Supervisor Posts

The announcement of recruitment to the posts of Extension Officers (Grade-1) Supervisor released by APPSC has made it clear that a total of 22 vacancies will be filled up through computer-based examination. In this online test based entirely on computers, vacancies will be filled with talented candidates. At present, the written exam dates have not been released. APPSC will soon announce the exam dates for computer-based online examinations through a press note. The Extension Officers (Grade-I) Supervisor is instructing candidates through notification to follow the official APPSC website to know the dates for the written test. A computer-based test will be conducted soon with completely objective-type questions.

Details of Extension Officers (Grade-1) Supervisor Written Examination Syllabus:

Recruitment to extension officers posts will be conducted through computer-based online examination. Candidates need to identify answers to questions through a computer in a completely objective manner. The syllabus for this online exam will be given at the degree level. A total of two papers will be conducted in this computer-based online examination. The first exam paper-1 will have 150 objective questions of 150 marks from general studies and mental ability subjects. The second exam paper-2 will have 150 objective questions of 150 marks on the syllabus related to Home Science & Social Work. Since there will be negative marking, 1/3 marks will be reduced for each wrong answer.

Scheme and Syllabus of Examination – Extension Officers (Grade-1) Supervisor:

Paper-1: General Studies & Mental Ability – 150 marks.

Paper-2: Home Science & Social Work – 150 marks.

Extension Officers (Grade-1) Online Exam Medium:

Questions will be given in Telugu and English mediums in computer-based online examination related to recruitment to the posts of Women Development & child welfare department extension officers (Grade-1) supervisors released by APPSC.
